INITIAL CONSULTATION

The initial consultation consists of a health, fitness and lifestyle questionnaire where we learn about, not only your previous exercise experience and medical history, but also understand exactly how we can structure this package to best fit around your lifestyle. This is a strict methodology that we tailor in a bespoke fashion to your own unique circumstances. At Phil Davis Personal Training Chester we also undertake extensive body composition analysis whereby we calculate resting metabolic rate, body fat percentages, weight, muscle mass percentages, visceral fat and water content.


THE TRAINING

The 28 Day Body Blitz package features 5 personal training sessions a week that use the personal training techniques specially developed to meet clients goals. This package is designed for both gym and home based environments where workouts are designed to push you both physically and mentally and with documented weekly body fat, body mass and muscle mass percentage readings, as well as specific fitness tests Phil aims to keep you focussed and motivated towards your end goal.

NUTRITION

This element of the package is essentially most important as it aims to give clients personalised dietary programmes and guidelines for the 28 days of the package. Similar to the 12 Week Body Transformation package Phil uses personalised dietary questionnaires to assess not only your macronutrient needs but also vitamin and mineral deficiencies and antioxidant capacity. The information is then used to design 2 weekly diet plans aimed at replenishing vitamin and mineral levels and boosting antioxidant capacity as well quantifying your new macronutrient intake for fat loss and muscle tone. This package also provides downloadable resources on vitamin and mineral supplementation as well as organic nutrition and reducing exposure to environmental estrogens in cosmetics products such as make up, moisturisers and deodorant ensuring you get the best results possible.
